Summer @ Meridian Street

Thank you for your interest! Summer at Meridian Street is a day camp that offers children who will be going into Kindergarten through 8th grade
in the fall, the opportunity to explore their creativity, visit city sites
through a field trip (included each week), and grow new friendships.

Campers register for camp a week at a time.

Due to the positive response of returning campers during early bird registration, Summer at Meridian Street for 2024 is now full and we will not be able offer any additional spots for this summer. We know that plans change, so if you would like to be put on the waitlist, please email:

summer@meridianstreet.org with the following information:

Requests will be considered in the order they were received 

as openings may arise.

  • Camp hours are 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with before and after care offered.

  • The fee for this year’s camp remains at $175 per week.

  • Week 1 will have a slightly reduced fee, and weeks 6 & 8 have additional activities and attractions scheduled. 

  • A non-refundable registration fee of $50 will be collected at the time of online registration

they will have a great experience!

Before and after camp care is available for an additional charge of just $30 per week. Before care is available from 7:00–8:00 am and after care from 4:30–5:30 pm.

Our program is facilitated by educators and a highly trained staff.

Limited scholarships are offered based on financial need.

A little about Christopher Wynne,
the S@MS Camp Director

Chris comes from a long background of camp and family programming. In addition to having been a director for summer camps for over a decade, Chris is a licensed social worker and serves as a counselor for a middle school in Indianapolis. Having received his undergraduate degree from Ball State University and his master’s degree from Indiana University, Chris has a servant’s heart when it comes to providing services. He is so excited to be a part of such an amazing organization program and he looks forward to seeing your family this summer!
