Summer Camp!

Parent Orientation Meeting - May 22, 2022

Thank you for your interest in Summer at Meridian Street. We are sorry but our camp is now full. Be sure to check back with us next summer!  We hope you have a safe and enjoyable summer.

Summer at Meridian Street is a day camp that offers children the opportunity to explore their creativity, visit city sites through a field trip (included each week), and grow new friendships. Camp hours are 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with before and after care offered. Whether you register your child for one week or several, they will have a great experience!

Before and after camp care is available for an additional charge of just $30 per week. Before care is available from 6:30–8:00 am and after care from 4:30–6:00 pm.

Our program is facilitated by educators and a highly trained staff. Limited scholarships are offered based on financial need.

Camp Director Christopher Wynne is a licensed social worker and is a counselor with Indianapolis Public Schools. Click here to learn a little bit about him.

Please read through all of the details below in order to properly register your child.

Your child’s spot(s) will be guaranteed once each of these steps is completed:

  1. Complete the online registration form that begins at the top right of opening page. When you start the registration, enter your child's name and your email address. Additional children will be registered as guests.
  2. Submit the $150 per child registration fee at the end of the online registration. The fee will be applied toward a week of camp
  3. Submit the EasyPay Automatic Withdrawal form** if you are signing up for more than one week of camp within 5 days of completing the online registration

The EasyPay Automatic Withdrawal Form will be available to download at the end of the online registration process.

**If signing up for more than one week of camp, you will be asked to complete the EasyPay Automatic Withdrawal Form in order for camp payments to be automatically withdrawn on the Wednesday prior to the start of each camp week for which your child is registered. You may email this form along with a scanned copy of a check to: or mailed/drop it off to the church attention Summer at Meridian Street.

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with the Required Camp Forms Packet which includes:

  • Medical/Emergency Contact Form
  • Travel Permission Form
  • Parent Handbook Acknowledgement
  • Camp Club Selection Form

The Camp Forms Packet may be turned in at any time, but no later than May 23, 2022.
