Welcome to Meridian Street! We hope that this website will give you insight into our extraordinary congregation. 
Meridian Street is a community of Christians who share in a long (200+ years!) history of mission and ministry in the Indianapolis area and far beyond. We honor our deep roots within the United Methodist tradition as well as our unique experience of God as a vibrant community of faith.

Our church facility is beautiful and iconic, situated in the historic Meridian Street corridor. Our congregation is warm and open — welcoming people from all walks of life. 200 years since our founding in a cabin on the circle downtown,  we remain open to the powerful ways the Holy Spirit is working in and through us and our community to share the magnificent grace of God with all people.
